Please read the following terms carefully before using this platform. By registering as a member, you are considered to have agreed to all of these terms.

Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases are used with specific meanings:
- "Platform" — The bdqk website and all services and applications connected to it.
- "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on or is using the bdqk platform.
- "Account" — The digital account registered in the user's name through which platform services are accessed.
- "Bonus" — Any financial or other benefit granted by bdqk under specified conditions.
- "Wagering" — The total amount of bets required before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
- "Fair Play" — The principle that all games are conducted on the basis of equal opportunity and transparency.
bdqk operates as a secure and reliable online gaming platform. SSL encryption and fair play technology are used to protect every user's data and transactions.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on the bdqk platform, the user must be at least 21 years old. The platform's services are available only to those aged 21 or above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be immediately closed upon verification.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all associated accounts and their funds will be forfeited.
2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information
It is mandatory to provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. If an account is created with false or misleading information, or if information is not kept up to date, bdqk reserves the right to close that account at any time.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the bdqk support team immediately.
Account Verification
bdqk may request the necessary documents to verify a user's identity and age at any time. The following documents may typically be required for verification:
- A clear copy of a National ID Card (NID) or passport
- A recent bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used
bdqk may place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily deactivated.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Approved Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently supported on the bdqk platform:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
- Nagad — Digital financial service by the Postal Department
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
- Upay — United Commercial Bank's digital wallet
- Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank
4.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. No transactions below these amounts will be processed.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Successfully verified withdrawal requests on the bdqk platform are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal funds must be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
4.4 Legitimacy of Funds
The user must ensure that all deposited funds come from a fully legitimate source. Any attempt to deposit funds from illegal or suspicious sources will result in immediate account closure, and applicable legal action may be taken.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
bdqk offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳42,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 → total balance ৳62,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the sum of the deposit and bonus.
Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.
5.3 General Terms for Bonus Use
- Bonuses are awarded only on deposits made through eligible payment methods.
- Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time unless bdqk explicitly states otherwise.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
- bdqk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
5.4 VIP Program
bdqk's VIP program has 5 tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback
VIP tier advancement is based on regular participation and activity.
Gaming Rules
6.1 General Rules for Playing
All games available on the bdqk platform — slot machines, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, and table games — are conducted according to set rules. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game itself.
6.2 Technical Issues
In the event of server disconnection, connectivity issues, or other technical faults, bdqk will make decisions at its own discretion. bdqk will not be held liable for any losses resulting from technical faults.
6.3 Sports Betting
The following general terms apply to betting on various sports, including cricket and football:
- Stakes on cancelled or incomplete events will be refunded.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- bdqk reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdqk platform:
- Playing games or placing bets through fraudulent or dishonest methods.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to play.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus benefits.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Any activity related to money laundering or illegal financing.
- Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform.
- Threatening, harassing, or engaging in inappropriate behavior toward fellow users or staff.
If involvement in any of the above activities is proven, the relevant account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by bdqk
bdqk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms.
- Failure to submit required verification documents within the specified time.
- Long-term inactive accounts (in accordance with policy).
- Direction from a legal authority or court order.
8.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time. Contact the bdqk support team via 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed.
Responsible Gaming
bdqk believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a guaranteed way to make money. We encourage our users to play responsibly.

- Any unavoidable circumstance beyond bdqk's control (Force Majeure).
- A game remaining incomplete due to internet connection or device issues.
In the event of any dispute, bdqk's decision will be considered final, however the user will always have the opportunity to appeal through the support team.
Changes & Termination
bdqk reserves the right to change, amend, or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms published on the platform will take effect immediately.
For significant changes, bdqk will endeavour to notify users as far in advance as possible. Continuing to use the platform after new terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
Even if any clause or provision of these terms is deemed legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
